Baby Boomers: Do What You Love To Do
I was browsing my LinkedIn Discussion Groups this week when I came across a dialogue led by Baby Boomers who were discussing concerns about age discrimination and securing satisfying employment. It was a hot topic with 133 Comments posted the last time that I checked. A Baby Boomer herself, Kathy Bornheimer, MST is a Career Coach with more than 20 years experience as a business owner. She is the author of The Street Smart Approach To Job Search. Kathy has a bachelor of science in education and a master of science in teaching. She is a member of TCG’s Alliance for Creative Professional Transitions. Below you’ll find an excerpt from her book entitled YOUR JOB: DO WHAT YOU LOVE TO DO. I’m also including her Self-Assessment Guide so you can begin to uncover and discover your passion and potential today.
